Responsibilities Nursing Supervisor - Per Diem
HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to pick up available shifts on the overnight shift (Mon - Fri, 11pm - 7:30am) as well as occasionally on the evening shift (Mon - Fri, 3pm - 11:30pm), and weekends (Sat & Sun, 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a).
HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. We are part of the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts and can therefore provide competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. - Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
- Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
- Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Provide milieu management

Requirements
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- BSN required
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
