Univerze is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Campus Ambassador Recruiter to help grow one of the largest Gen Z ambassador communities in the country. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and onboard talented students, creators, athletes, and influencers who will represent the Univerze brand on campuses and across social media.

As a Campus Ambassador Recruiter, you will play a key role in expanding our national presence by building relationships with student leaders, fraternities and sororities, athletic teams, clubs, influencers, and campus organizations. You will recruit Campus Ambassadors, Gen Z models, and Velocity Ambassadors, including collegiate athletes, who are passionate about networking, entrepreneurship, leadership, and content creation.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing and reaching out to prospective ambassadors through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and campus organizations, conducting virtual interviews, explaining the benefits of the ambassador program, onboarding new ambassadors, maintaining relationships throughout their experience, and helping ambassadors succeed within the program. You will also collaborate with the marketing, partnerships, and events teams to identify high-potential candidates for campaigns, product launches, college tours, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident communicating with new people, passionate about Gen Z culture, social media, and college life, and enjoys building communities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple recruiting conversations simultaneously. Experience with campus organizations, ambassador programs, recruiting, sales, marketing, influencer outreach, or student leadership is preferred but not required.

Preferred qualifications include current enrollment at or graduation from a college or university, familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, human resources, or campus leadership, excellent networking abilities, and a self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.

Success in this role will be measured by the number and quality of ambassadors recruited, ambassador engagement and retention, responsiveness to applicants, and contributions toward expanding Univerze's presence at colleges and universities nationwide.
