A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Support.

Position Type: Full-time-Contract, Possible contract to Hire

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Wilmington, MA 01887 (Onsite)

As a Facilities Support, you will:

• Oversee the upkeep and general maintenance of physical facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
• Manage facility-related tasks including cleaning, landscaping, packing, relocation of office furniture and equipment, and setup for various operational needs.
• Handle disposal and processing of work-related by-products such as waste, recyclables, and debris across office spaces, laboratories, manufacturing units, warehouses, and cleanrooms.
• Provide support for maintenance activities including assisting mechanics, executing minor repair projects, performing spot painting, and contributing to light construction work as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30-$32 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
