Direct Hire **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform precision **alignments** , suspension diagnostics, and repairs + Install and service **lift kits, leveling kits, shocks, struts, ball joints, and control arms** + Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional mechanical needs + Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires as needed + Work closely with service advisors to ensure accurate repair orders and timelines + Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace + Follow all safety standards and ensure each vehicle meets Tire Pros quality guidelines + Assist teammates as needed to meet shop productivity goals LSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
