Tufts is a 415-bed medical center, and they care for all patients from the tiniest newborns to centenarians. **What You'll Do** + oversee day-to-day operations and a team of culinarians and production workers + deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations + ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance + ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented + initiate plans for improvments and/or enhancements to existing systems (ordering, food production, handling & safety) + ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
