We pride ourselves on providing high-level expertise with a boutique, personal touch. If you’re looking for a place where your name is known, your growth is a priority, and your work-life balance actually exists outside of April, you’ve found it.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Staff Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to join our practice. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining hands-on exposure to both tax compliance and financial statement reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth: Actively participate in training sessions to sharpen your technical skills.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience in public accounting (internships count!).
  • Tech-Savvy: You are tech savvy and should feel right at home with all the advanced tech we use to get the job done.
  • Soft Skills : Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The "Vibe": A collaborative spirit, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage deadlines without losing your cool.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Career Mentorship: Direct access to partners who are invested in your professional development. We provide support for CPE and encourage ongoing learning.
  • Work-Life Balance: We offer a manageable busy season and "Summer Fridays" to ensure you actually enjoy sun.
  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary, 401(k) matching, vacation, and comprehensive health/dental/life & disability benefits.
  • Local Impact: Work with the businesses and families that drive our regional economy.
  • Hybrid Perks: We offer a flexible workspace.
