Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer who thrives in building and scaling enterprise-level systems. The ideal candidate blends strong technical fundamentals with the ability to work across fast-paced, high-growth environments, from top-tier engineering organizations to ambitious startups.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer delivering large-scale, production-grade systems

• Proven expertise in Python, React, TypeScript, Nest/Node.js, and AWS

• 2+ years of experience at a highly respected company known for its engineering rigor and culture

• 2+ years at a startup or hyper-growth environment (Series B or later preferred)

• Track record of staying with at least one company for 4–5+ years, demonstrating ownership and career progression

• BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalent technical background), ideally from a top university

• Experience with Docker and Terraform for modern deployment and infrastructure management

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Evidence of exceptionality (top-tier school, standout career achievement, or major impact in prior roles)

• Based in Austin, TX , with ability to work in-office 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale enterprise-grade systems and applications across the stack

• Lead end-to-end development of high-impact features, from architecture to deployment

• Contribute to system design and long-term technical strategy, ensuring scalability and reliability

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver customer-facing solutions

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence

• Continuously optimize development processes with modern tools and practices
