As a 911 Telecommunicator , you are the critical first link in the emergency response system — the calm voice that helps people in their most difficult moments while coordinating police, fire, and EMS responders.

Pay

$32.93 – $44.73 per hour

$68,485 – $93,045 annually

Salary is based on experience.
Applicants with prior dispatch experience may qualify for higher salary steps .

What You'll Do

As part of the North Shore Regional 911 team, you will:

• Answer and process emergency and non-emergency calls
• Dispatch police, fire, and EMS personnel
• Use advanced public safety systems including CJIS, NCIC, and RMV databases
• Coordinate with local, state, and national public safety agencies
• Provide life-saving instructions and support to callers
• Assist callers using TTY/TDD and language line services
• Maintain accurate communication and incident records
