Soccer Shots Boston is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players in the Boston, MA area! This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your love of soccer and working with kids into a rewarding career. - Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
- Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
- Travel to local schools, parks, and recreation centers to lead scheduled programs
- Maintain equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during sessions
- Participate in staff training, development meetings, and curriculum planning
- Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
- Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach
- Excellent communication, energy, and enthusiasm for youth development
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive, patient, and encouraging demeanor with children of all skill levels
