Patent Agent (Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications
- Contribute to patent prosecution and intellectual property strategies
- Conduct technical and legal research related to matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Provide technical support for PTAB proceedings and patent litigation matters
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry required
- USPTO registration required
- 3–5 years of patent prosecution experience
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and research skills
- Strong academic credentials
