Description:
The Warehouse Team Member supports warehouse operations through merchandise handling, product preparation, furniture assembly, repairs, and general facility support. This role also assists with light maintenance tasks and occasional travel to local store locations to complete small handyman projects or pick up supplies and parts.

Full Time, Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
(Scheduled hours include a 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Hourly Rate: $18 - $20 per hour based upon experience
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, move, and organize furniture and merchandise within the warehouse
- Assist with furniture assembly, touch-ups, repairs, and quality inspections
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools in accordance with safety procedures
- Deliver or pick up parts, supplies, or materials from local vendors, including occasional runs to Home Depot or similar suppliers
- Travel periodically to company store locations to assist with light handyman or maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, fixture adjustments, hanging items, or basic upkeep
- Support store operations and special projects as needed
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
- Prior warehouse, delivery, assembly, maintenance, or furniture experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift, move, and carry heavy merchandise
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong reliability and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing
- Ability to lift and move furniture and merchandise regularly
- Ability to travel between local company locations as needed
