Staff Accountant
A fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS company is seeking a Staff Accountant for a 3–6 month remote contract . The position will report to the Global Controller and will focus on AR/AP processing, billing, bank reconciliations, and system-driven accounting tasks across multiple regions. The role will also support invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and general accounting operations.
$25–$30/hr DOE This position is 100% remote and requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment . Job Description- Process AR and AP transactions across multiple entities
- Generate invoices and apply customer receipts
- Prepare credit/debit memos and credit notes
- Reconcile bank accounts and AP/AR subledgers
- Upload, review, and process AP items and payments
- Send weekly AR statements and support collections
- 1–2+ years of accounting experience (AR/AP/Billing/Bank Recs)
- Strong Excel skills and high comfort with accounting/CRM systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic SaaS environment
- Experience with Sage Intacct or Salesforce a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
