Join our dynamic construction team as a Project Manager/Project Superintendent and lead the charge in delivering complex construction projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will drive project success from groundbreaking to completion, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Oversee construction site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify work aligns with design specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools to track progress and update schedules.
- Supervise field personnel and subcontractors; provide guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in cost estimating; review contracts to confirm scope adherence.
- Implement project scheduling strategies using Primavera P6 or similar software to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and inspection records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating processes.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols; ability to enforce safety standards on-site.
- Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment; excellent management capabilities.
- Technical skills including use of an ohmmeter for electrical inspections are a plus.
