RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting in the supervision of the Front Office operations and personnel.
- Promote an atmosphere that fosters friendly and efficient service for our guests.
- Oversee office personnel
- Greet guests and check them into hotel, issue room keys, direct guests to rooms and other areas.
- Respond to guest questions either in person or over the phone
- Fulfill guests’ needs, ensuring their stay is as enjoyable as possible; assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations, as needed.
- Resolve guest problems/complaints
- Clerical duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Previous hospitality management experience preferred
- Must be able to carry, lift, pull push up to 50lbs
