Senior Business Systems Analyst

Senior Business Systems Analyst is a critical role in the Wellness Pet IT department. You will lead a set of processes and applications to enable the business to run at its best, applying creative thinking and a disciplined approach to understanding user needs and implementing solutions. We are committed to building a better tomorrow for pets, their parents, and the world. What You’ll Accomplish Lead and manage a defined set of software packages and business processes. Maximize our usage of our IFS ERP by helping map user processes and deploy new capabilities. Advocate for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo. Document requirements and use cases through interviews. Proactively propose and define process and system improvements. Ensure documentation (system configurations, user guides, process maps, etc.) are maintained. Primary IT representative on projects to help deliver improvements and functionality. Vendor relationship management. Technology assessment and evaluation. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security to ensure all standards are implemented and followed. Experience working with ERP systems required (experience with IFS a plus). Knowledge of one or more core business processes (procure to pay, order to cash, etc.). Experience with project management tools; Wrike is a plus. Ability to grasp process and transactional concepts. Ability to explain complex concepts to a broad range of audiences.
