Receptionist using five-9 telephone system multidepartment. Customer service, greeting customers at point of entry to the department. Routing calls, scanning documents to PDF, electronic filing, organizing files for electronic filing. Key Responsibilities :
- Receptionist using the five-9 telephone system for routing multidepartment calls.

- Indexing boxes of files and preparing for scanning
- Opening and sorting daily mail
- Additional administrative projects as needed.
