POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Operations Manager to take the lead in overseeing our portfolio of vacation rentals. You’ll guide a team of inspectors, cleaners, and vendors to make sure every property is guest-ready, while also supporting homeowners and helping us deliver the high standards we’re known for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a team of inspectors, cleaners, and maintenance professionals to deliver top-quality service
- Oversee property inspections, seasonal readiness, and homeowner upgrade projects
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Launch new services and implement operational improvements that enhance performance
- Partner with the President on strategic projects that drive growth and innovation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in the vacation rental or short-term rental industry preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with property management systems and vendor management
- An eye for design, cleanliness and property presentation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building positive relationships
- Comfort with technology platforms and data-driven decision making
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability during the summer season is required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and achievement
