Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled FPGA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing FPGA-based solutions for various applications. This position requires a strong foundation in digital logic design and proficiency in VHDL. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement FPGA architectures using VHDL.
- Develop and execute test plans for FPGA designs to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate FPGA solutions into broader system designs.
- Perform simulation and verification of FPGA designs to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Document design processes, including specifications, design decisions, and test results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in FPGA design and development using VHDL.
- Strong understanding of digital logic design concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as TCL and Python is a plus.
- Experience with digital circuit board design and schematic capture is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Verilog, PLC engineering, and embedded firmware development is desirable.
