Asphalt Paving Foreman (Experienced) – Full-Time
Location: Various locations around Seekonk, MA and Rhode Island
Pay: $25-$30/hour (based on experience) + overtime opportunities
Schedule: Full-time | Day and weekend work as needed
Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead our crew and help deliver high-quality paving projects. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who can manage a team, keep projects on track, and confidently operate a paving machine.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise asphalt paving crew on job sites
- Operate asphalt paver and assist with equipment as needed
- Coordinate daily tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Read and follow project plans, grades, and specifications
- Train crew members and promote a productive team environment
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe job site
- Communicate with management, inspectors, and clients
- Identify equipment maintenance needs and report issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of asphalt paving experience, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
- Proven ability to operate an asphalt paving machine
- Strong understanding of paving techniques, grading, and site prep
- Ability to lead a crew and keep projects efficient and organized
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused
