Supply Chain Supervisor

: Title: Supply Chain Supervisor @ Melrose Park, IL. Terms of Hire: Full Time. Salary: $ 90,000-$100,000/ YR + Benefits. : The Raw Materials Supervisor is fundamental to our team, managing ~ 10 truckloads of raw materials a day. You will partner with production and supervise ~2 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you. Are coaching and developing employees something you are passionate about? On a high level, to be successful in the role, you will: : Motivate and influence others. Are you able to influence others without having authority? Manage ~10 truckloads of raw materials a day Supervise a small team ~and partnering with production operators and other functions Interface with sales and R&D. What you will need to be successful and safe: :

• High School Diploma or GED and years of experience. BA/BS degree in related field or years of experience.

• 5+ years of experience supervising

• 5+ years of experience influencing others and partnering with numerous functions.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and applications such as SAP, Excel, etc.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position? :

• Must have a 4-year Degree. Must have food manufacturing 3-5 years' experience Must have strong knowledge of Supply Chain, end to end production flow. Must have strong inventory and raw material management skills :
