OverviewExecute and optimize paid media campaigns across social, display, and emerging platforms. This role supports pipeline generation through strong execution, ongoing testing, and performance optimization across awareness, engagement, and conversion programs.
Programs target professionals responsible for event sales and execution at restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, and venues that monetize private events. The beachhead market is SMB restaurants, with expansion into mid-market and enterprise hospitality groups.
What You’ll DoBuild, launch, and manage campaigns across a mix of channels, including:
Paid social (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok)
Display and programmatic
Audio and streaming (e.g., Spotify)
Content syndication and digital partnership programs
Support full-funnel campaign execution:
Top-of-funnel awareness and audience development
Mid-funnel engagement and nurture
Bottom-funnel conversion and retargeting
Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, including:
Budget pacing
Audience targeting and segmentation
Creative performance and iteration
Channel-level performance
Run structured tests across:
Creative formats, messaging, and hooks
Audience targeting and segmentation
Channel mix and budget allocation
Landing pages and conversion paths
Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rates)
Identify trends and recommend optimizations based on data
Partner with demand generation, product marketing, website, and creative/content teams to ensure campaign priorities are reflected in paid media execution, landing page optimization, and ad messaging
Stay current on platform updates and emerging channels, contributing to testing new opportunities
What You OwnDay-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across assigned channels
Campaign-level performance and optimizations
Accurate campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
Contribution to testing and experimentation efforts
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social, display, or multi-channel campaigns
Experience executing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or programmatic/display networks
Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring
Comfort working with performance data and making optimization decisions
Understanding of paid media fundamentals (targeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution basics)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
B2B SaaS experience preferred; hospitality or restaurant tech experience is a plus
Familiarity with emerging channels and willingness to test and learn new platforms
Base Compensation Range:
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
