What You'll Do:

• Lead Kitchen Operations: Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency for our menu of steaks, burgers, fried fish, pizzas, calzones, and sandwiches.

• Inventory & Ordering: Take full ownership of inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking ingredients to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

• Menu & Quality Control: Maintain the integrity of our established menu, ensuring dishes are prepared to specification and consistently meet our taste and presentation standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experiences.

• Maintain Standards: Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: You have significant experience in a high-volume kitchen, ideally in a similar bar & grill or casual dining environment.

• Kitchen Leadership: You've successfully managed kitchen staff and operations, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Inventory Expertise: You are proficient in inventory management, cost control, and efficient ordering practices.

• Hands-On Approach: You're not afraid to jump in and cook alongside the team, leading by example.

• Reliability & Dedication: You are seeking a long-term position and are eager to grow with our restaurant.

• Independent & Resourceful: You require minimal training and can quickly adapt to our existing kitchen systems and menu.
