Join our team, and we'll provide you with the support and resources you need to begin gaining experience as a caregiver for one client, as opposed to a floor of patients. We serve a broad area where you can find a convenient commute in Norfolk and Suffolk Counties and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; your support helps our clients maintain dignity and comfort
- Assist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise or Walking
- Prepare and serve meals so clients have tasty and healthy food
- Medication reminders are crucial to our clients health we will train you
- Provide companionship, engage in fun activities and be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter
- Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes
- Occasional Transportation of your client appointments or errands, we reimburse your miles
- Demonstrate dedication to our clients and respect for our agencys close-knit team
- Nursing students seeking patient care experience
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus but not necessary; what matters most is your kindness and eagerness to make a difference
- Strong communication skills and a caring nature - because a warm, empathetic approach is at the heart of what we do
- Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks because we value trust and integrity in our team
