Responsibilities

This Accounting Manager opportunity is a high growth role with potenital to lead to becoming Controller in near future due to continued growth. This position will play a major role in strengtheing, buiilding out the foundation for which they expand upon!

Duties:

• Lead the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Close Process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting; own the financial close cycle ensuring efficiency.
• Ensure timely, accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and statement of equity) in full compliance with US GAAP
• Design, implement, and continuously strengthen internal controls
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
• Manage AP, AR
• Prepare variance analysis and actual vs budget reporting to provide insights to company leadership
• Manage inventory
• Support oversight of accounting risks and emerging technical accounting considerations
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of accountants
