Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Home Care Wrentham, Massachusetts

$37–$40 per visit | Flexible Schedule | Part-Time

Must have 1+ year of clinical experience

We’re growing and looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients throughout the Wrentham residential communities of Massachusetts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide in-home physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising PT.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to keep recovery moving forward.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies that translate into daily life.
• Document clearly and efficiently in our user-friendly EMR (no late-night charting marathons).

Need To Have:

• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Afternoon availability

• Monday – Friday availability
