This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact, working directly with clients and leading the way in solution architecture. **Your key responsibilities** + Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results. + Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals. + Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures. + Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis. + Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery. + Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business. + Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning. + Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. **Skills and attributes for success** + Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems and evaluating variable factors. + Technical expertise in solution architecture design, application and tool analysis, emerging technologies, cloud computing, and data architecture modeling. + Business acumen in building and managing relationships, earning client trust, and communicating with impact. + Digital fluency and emotional agility, enabling effective hybrid collaboration and driving outcomes in dynamic environments. + Critical thinking and learning agility, always seeking new ways to deliver value. **To qualify you must have** + A bachelor's degree + 0-5+ years of relevant experience + Specialized technical skills in solution architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing. + Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis. + Experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies. + A passion for mentoring others and contributing to team success. **Ideally, you'll also have** + Master's Degree is preferred **What we offer you** At EY, we'll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $112,300 to $185,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $134,700 to $210,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. + Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
