With a strong global technical team, we develop and manufacture coatings that protect printed circuit boards in electronics, allowing them to function in water-laden environments. About the Role

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician based in Malden, MA to join our talented and diverse team. This position will focus on understanding application methodologies of our coating portfolio, supporting technical service team members, and supporting quality and process engineering activities.

Previous experience in a wet lab set up is required.

An associates or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with technical service team members on coating samples for customers and maintaining and logging samples sent by customers.
2. Support various technical services team members conducting experiments and data consolidation while maintaining independent timelines.
3. Collaborate with our global sales and global technical services teams to provide creative solutions to our customers and improvements to our application methodology.
4. Contribute to quality control activities for coating manufacturing.
5. Support the manufacturing team in conducting experiments for continuous improvement and scale-up.
6. Develop preventative maintenance schemes for dispense equipment and provide regular maintenance support.
7. Maintain laboratory conditions in a fashion that facilitates cleanliness and productivity for all lab users.
