Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday OT offered during peak seasons
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems , a strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all products are processed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and materials
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if applicable)
- Communicate with carriers and internal departments to coordinate shipments
- Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of experience in shipping and receiving
- Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
