Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Quincy, MA

Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to ensure steady miles, allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical labor enables you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,000 to $1,450 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

- $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Requirements
