We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cape Senior Home Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our senior residents. Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
- Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
