Water Well Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team, servicing and troubleshooting water well pumps, tanks, and filtration systems across Central MA and Southern NH. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate independently in the field, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and receive advanced training to develop expertise in this high-demand trade. OBJECTIVES

• Assist Senior Technician in the installation, service, and troubleshooting of water well pumps, tanks, and filtration systems.
• Operate effectively as part of a two-person field team, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.
• Learn and apply mechanical, plumbing, and technical skills to become proficient with tools and system components.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding system expectations, performance, and maintenance.
• Develop problem-solving skills to identify issues and contribute to innovative, practical solutions.
• Uphold company values of ethics, communication, and results while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Take initiative in personal and professional growth, advancing skills in pump and water treatment systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Experience operating box trucks or larger vehicles (preferred).
• Demonstrated reliability in field work, construction, or service-related roles.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
