Do you have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting? Join our team at the Prudential Center Mall as a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (working up to 19 hours per week) during the holiday season! As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, help with boutique operations and provide an inviting experience for our customers. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso!

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
- Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences
- Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
- Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
- Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
- Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
- Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY:
