Sales manager
You must have proven success leading sales teams that sell premium wholesale goods to owners and project managers of small businesses with a short sell cycle in a competitive market against incumbent vendors. You excel at developing talent, building systems for accountability, driving team performance, and creating growth through strategy and execution. Proven ability to implement sales process and technology is a must.
Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical, and relationship-building skills are a must.
You should be a self-starter, highly motivated, and driven by results and continuous improvement. Experience managing teams in wholesale distribution, contractor supply, greenhouse production, or agricultural growers is helpful but not required.
You must have prior earnings of at least $115,000 and be ready to lead a team to the next level of performance.
