ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Organic Cafe - Boston - NO LATE NIGHTS

We're looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team at a fast-growing, organic, health-focused cafe in the Boston area.

We need someone who can step in and lead - ASAP.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR AGM:

• Manage daily cafe operations across multiple locations
• Lead, train, and develop a team of passionate people
• Ensure operational excellence, inventory, ordering, and scheduling
• Drive customer experience and community connection
• Support the GM and be part of a high-energy, collaborative team
• Grow into a leadership role within our expanding brand

Who we look for as an Assistant General Manager or Cafe / Restaurant Manager

• Management experience (minimum 2 years)
• PERSONALITY – You bring energy, positivity, and genuine care
• Team leadership and people management skills
• Operations and general management experience
• Mission-driven mindset (you care about more than just the job)
• Flexible, adaptable, collaborative*
