IT & Digital Systems Integration Specialist
Biocytogen is seeking a high-impact, early-career technology specialist to take ownership of critical digital systems that support our fast-growing CRO operations. As the IT & Digital Systems Integration Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms—including CRM systems, analytics tools, new platform deployments, and cybersecurity protocols.
This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to drive integration projects, make technical decisions, and collaborate directly with business, science, and operational teams. You’ll be empowered to experiment, recommend tools, implement automation, and shape how we use technology to accelerate drug discovery.
If you're a self-starter with strong technical foundations, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to make a visible impact in biotech, this is your opportunity to build and lead from the ground up.
