Adjuster
Experienced Machine Adjuster
Cenveo is the leading North American envelope manufacturer. Immediately hiring experienced machine adjusters and trainee machine adjusters for the Chicopee, MA plant on 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) with a $2/hr shift premium.
Experienced Machine Adjuster Pay: $22--$25/hr+ depending on experience
Requirements: 4+ years as an envelope machine adjuster
Trainee Machine Adjuster Pay: $21/hr+ depending on relevant mechanical experience
Requirements: 3--4 years of intermediate/advanced mechanical skills (equipment setup, repair, changeovers)
Training: Typically on 1st shift (7am--3pm). Role is developmental, with performance evaluations to ensure progress toward full machine adjuster status.
Additional Notes: Schedule: Monday--Friday, with Saturdays as needed during busy periods. Skills needed: Basic math, ruler reading, basic computer skills. Must be flexible with machine assignments. Training generally occurs on 1st shift.
