Are you a seasoned Corporate Controller with a passion for real estate and private equity accounting? Join a leading private equity firm managing over $21 billion in commercial real estate assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare GAAP and tax financial statements; manage audits and tax filings
• Oversee quarterly and year-end close processes including complex entries and reconciliations
• Deliver detailed financial reporting and variance analysis to senior management
• Manage cash, vendor payments, wire transfers, and procurement cost strategies
• Support capital transactions, partner allocations, and loan reconciliations
• Lead process improvements and technology implementations like Sage ERP and expense systems

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
• CPA with 10+ years in real estate/private equity accounting or controllership
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, partnership accounting, Sage ERP, and complex financial reporting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills
