Hospitalist Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join a premier hospital medicine team serving multiple hospitals just north of Boston, Massachusetts. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice high-quality inpatient medicine within a collaborative, physician-led organization committed to exceptional patient care, clinician development, and operational excellence.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation.
Practice across a respected network of hospitals north of Boston.
Collaborative, team-based inpatient care environment.
Cerner electronic medical record.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary of $280,000–$325,000, based on experience and shift structure.

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
