Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate schedules for HVAC installers, IAQ technicians.
• Dispatch Installer to job sites.
• Confirm appointments by calling the customers.
• Order equipment to ensure availability for installations.
• Prepare permit paperwork in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Submit permit requests via online systems, fax, and/or in person.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel files to track permit status.
• Process job closeouts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior office administration work experience (construction industry preferred).
• An understanding of air conditioning, heating, electrical and/or plumbing is a plus!
• Phone-based customer service experience desired.
• Must be computer literate; experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to represent our company with city officials.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
