We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans, who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Schedule from 4:30PM to 8PM in Boston, MA
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred ( 1to 5 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Able to communicate with Family and Supervisors efficiently.
