What You'll Do

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality apparel for some incredible clients. Responsibilities include:

• Operating our commercial Barudan multi-head embroidery machines
• Hooping garments and preparing orders for production
• Loading designs and changing thread colors
• Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting minor issues
• Trimming threads and removing backing from finished garments
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Inkify's quality standards
• Accurately tracking production quantities and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Keeping your work area organized and production-ready
• Assisting in other production departments as needed based on workload

What We're Looking For

• Previous embroidery machine experience preferred (1+ year is a plus)
• Experience with commercial embroidery equipment is highly valued and will be reflected in your starting pay
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and read production proofs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
