What You'll DoAs a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs within their home environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving meaningful goals
- Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive training to improve daily function
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and activities of daily living
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications that support independence
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, caregivers, and family members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
We're seeking someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
