Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for leadership
• Maintain general ledger and oversee financial transactions
• Monitor client billing and coordinate with collections when needed
• Perform HR-related tasks, including clinician credentialing, employee onboarding, insurance enrollment, and COBRA compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, HR guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of experience, OR 10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience without a degree
• Prior experience in the medical industry or healthcare-related finance
• Demonstrated experience with claims processing and reconciliations

Required Skills (Top 3 Must-Have):

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (AP, AR, journal entries, credits/refunds, class tracking)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
