We’re looking for a new Chief Executive who is not just a strategic thinker but a true advocate for our social purpose and our place in local communities. Someone who sees beyond our homes to the people within. Your vision will inspire our team, driving us towards our strategic objectives with a genuine commitment to social impact.

Reporting to the Chair, the Chief Executive is responsible to the Board for the vision, strategic direction, culture, effective leadership, development and performance of LHP against its strategic objectives.
