Job Summary

The Head of Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. This role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, managing sourcing initiatives, and supporting business objectives through effective procurement and category management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management activities
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and total cost of ownership
• Manage sourcing projects across assigned categories or spend areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risk related to supply continuity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements
• Support cross‑functional teams in sourcing‑related decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Several years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and procurement best practices
