Hours: Per Diem, Days Responsibilities: Essential Functions - Opens daily Accounting mail, and distributes to the appropriate person
- Downloads GL activity for assigned accounts and reconciles transactions as assigned
- ICT Accounts Reconciliation
- Assists with month end and routine tasks as assigned
- Provides coverage for other employees during vacations/leaves
- If needed, assists with month and year-end manual accruals
- Maintains various excel spreadsheets to assist accounting and reimbursement departments
- Set up and maintain Outstanding Checks files
- Keeps the Director of Finance informed on the status of the jobs assigned.
- Supports Finance staff as needed and assigned

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Frequently reaches (extending hands and arms in any direction), and handles (seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or working with hands).
Qualifications: Job Requirements Minimum Education- High School diploma.
- Must be versatile, and have a fairly high level of telephone and face to face verbal and listening skills in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and outside agencies.
