Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Open-Ended Contract
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Pay Rate: $23/hour Position Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Sort and distribute mail
- Fax and scan documents
- Perform other general administrative tasks as needed
- Must be fully bilingual in English & Spanish
- Strong computer proficiency
- Previous office support or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
