We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
Redcon Security is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, support our site supervisors, and uphold the service standards our clients expect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.
Work Environment
This is a primarily on-site position that requires regular site visits, client meetings, and field supervision. Some administrative duties — such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting — may be completed remotely. We value flexibility and trust our leaders to manage their schedules effectively while maintaining a strong field presence.
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $60,000 per year
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Profit Sharing: Additional earnings for each new client contract secured
- Equipment Provided: Company-issued work phone and laptop
- Vehicle Benefit: Company work vehicle provided after 6 months of successful employment

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
- Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract retention.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing plans, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
