Job Summary
Mass Care Link is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager (LPN) to oversee operations, staff, and clinical activities in the Northeast region of Massachusetts.
This position plays a key leadership role—managing Care Managers and Nurses, conducting and reviewing home visits and assessments, and ensuring that all AFC services meet MassHealth and MCL quality standards.
The Branch Manager will work directly under the Program Director to lead field operations, maintain compliance, and grow Mass Care Link’s presence throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Care Managers and Nurses in the Northeast region
- Coordinate and conduct member home visits, initial and annual assessments, and placements
- Review documentation and care plans to ensure compliance with 130 CMR 408 and MCL standards
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services and adherence to visit schedules
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for field staff
- Collaborate with the Program Director on regional growth and quality improvement goals
- Build relationships with hospitals, referral partners, and community agencies to expand MCL’s footprint
- Represent Mass Care Link at regional outreach events and professional meetings
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team-building skills
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Northeast region
