Part-Time HR Generalist (On-Site)
Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing firm based in Holliston, is looking to hire a Part-Time HR Generalist to support their day-to-day HR and recruiting functions. This temporary, part-time position (24 hours/week) will require 3 days/week on-site at the office in Holliston.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting process by reviewing incoming applications, sourcing candidates for open positions, and conducting pre-screening interviews
- Assist with employee benefits administration and manage benefits data in the HRIS
- Reconcile benefits invoices and correspond with benefits vendors
- Update payroll system with new employee information, changes to existing employee profiles, and auditing weekly payroll processing
- Assist the Director of HR with the benefits renewal and open enrollment process
- Help employees with questions about benefits, payroll, and other HR-related needs
Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in HR administration
- Ability to support the recruiting process, interact with candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
- Familiarity with ADP systems and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Holliston 3 days/week
